![]() A 1,900 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was totally remodeled using just the original structure's shell and foundation footprint. The living/dining and kitchen areas were originally 3 small separate rooms. It was opened up to a great room concept, with the addition of skylights, poured limestone fireplace surround, and glass entry-way doors. Windows were enlarged to take advantage of ocean views and replaced with vinyl windows. Baths were gutted and totally re-done. Brazilian walnut floors, travertine floors in baths and entryway and travertine tiles in bathrooms add luxury underfoot. Granite countertops accent the kitchen with top-line appliances, cherry wood cabinets and walk-in pantry storage. The client's previous furnishings are combined with new pieces to furnish the interior. |
